up4 Gut Complex 7 is a food supplement containing a blend of seven human identical milk oligosaccharides (HMOs): 2'-fucosyllactose, difucosyllactose, lacto-N-tetraose, lacto-N-neotetraose, 3-fucosyllactose, 3'-sialyllactose and 6'-sialyllactose. HMOs are carbohydrates that occur naturally in human milk; the HMOs in Gut Complex 7 are identical to them.

One daily dose of 6 grams (about 1 scoop) provides 5.1 grams of HMOs. Easy to dissolve in water. Gluten free and NZVT tested.
